**About the Company**:
Our client is a well established jewellery retailer with a deep family history opening their first retail store over 100 years ago. They now have over 70 stores across Australia with consistent growth plans in place to continue to be the retailer of choice in their sector.

They are adding an additional leader into their WA team, and are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, develop and coach a portfolio of 10 stores in the southern suburbs of Perth, WA. A great opportunity to join a growing brand and be part of the new era.

**The Job Role**:

- Portfolio of 10+ stores
- Coach and develop Store Retail Leaders and Sales Team
- Understand opportunities and drive results
- Achieve sales budgets and control costs
- Drive profitability through training and store execution
- Encourage a high performance culture within your area
- Understand the market and competitor activity
- Recruit, train and create career paths for your team

**You will Need**:

- Proven leadership experience in leading a portfolio of stores
- Success in a high performance sales environment
- Strong team coaching and time management skills
- Effective and efficient leadership and communication skills
- Experience in driving retail metrics to achieve targets
- Self motivated, positive and energetic leader
- Initiative and solution focused approach
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
