**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Meeting the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets and measures.
- Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.
- Maximising revenue through selling procedures.
- Meeting the required sales targets and KPI’s which are set out upon employment.
- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems.
- Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What are we looking for?
- Experience in sales would be great but not essential to your success. But never fear if you don't know much about internet, we offer fantastic on the job training and teach staff all they need to know.
- You do however need to be a clear communicator, and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills are a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages etc.
- Finally, you must know how to have fun
