Let's talk about you:
- Experience in sales would be great but not essential to your success. But never fear if you don't know much about internet, we offer fantastic on the job training and teach staff all they need to know.- You do however need to be a clear communicator, and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.- Computer literacy and data entry skills are a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages etc.- Finally, you must know how to have fun

How will you support our "Why?"- No cold calling Our Outbound team only calls customers who have visited our website and made enquires or requested callback themselves.- No scripts We allow you to be who you are on the phone and don't require you to read from scripts on your calls.-
- Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.- Maximising revenue through selling procedures and exploring all of the customers telco needs.- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems
