**THE ROLE**

The Design Specialist will be responsible for delivering creative content and communication materials for the eMobility team. You’ll play an important role in bringing brand and customer experiences to life across Origin 360 EV’s electric transport solutions in Australia.

This is an exciting role for someone who has a keen eye for art direction and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee the visual design outputs for the eMobility team and collaborate with other designers across the business.

This role will also be responsible for:

- Producing creative, compelling, and distinct design solutions with a key focus on graphic and visual assets
- Leading the creation of brand assets for Origin 360 EV products and services, whilst ensuring the master brand guidelines is applied consistently across all touchpoints and executions
- Developing work for a wide range of mediums and purposes - including marketing campaigns, sales collateral, digital content, web assets, point-of-sale material, activations and more
- Participating in the planning and execution of branded content, CX improvements and marketing activities for the Origin 360 EV brand.
- Working alongside marketing, product innovation, sales and operation teams to understand business problems and deliver seamless customers experiences
- Being able to juggle multiple, competing deliverables and deadlines

**IS THIS YOU?**

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in dedicated design roles
- A tertiary qualification or industry experience in digital design, visual design, communications or similar
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual ability and a high level of craft as a designer - including a broad range of channels and media
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and across multiple projects with tight turnaround times
- Depending on your area of expertise, you should have expert/emerging skills across:
- Adobe CC suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience working with external suppliers including photographers, videographers, retouchers and printers
- Process and communication tools like Asana, Slack, Confluence, Miro, GSuite, Figma and HubSpot
- You’ll be self-led with strong attention to detail and ability to work to timelines and deadlines
