**About the Centre**:
Flinders Centre Early Learning School is an independently owned and operated child care service offering high-quality education and care for children between 6 weeks and 6 years of age.

We provide a holistic approach to the education and care of young children in a warm and nurturing environment that reflect the unique diversity of the children, families and local community.

We believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to learning. Children learn at their own pace in their own way. Therefore, we follow a play-based curriculum that incorporates each child’s voice, interests, ideas, strengths, experiences and challenges to support each child’s learning journey.

**About The Role**:
Our amazing centre is looking for a Diploma/Certificate III Educator to work with our children in our Preschool room.
- This is a full time position - 5 days per week ( 8 hours) / 4 days a week (10 hours) with weekly RDO - 38 hours - flexible work arrangements for work life balance.
- You will be supported by an experienced and supportive Centre Director and management to develop your teaching and leadership skills.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working in a 3-5 room
- **Full working rights**:

- Available to work **Full-time** on a **rotating roster between 7am and 6pm**:

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Current Employee NSW Working With Children Check
- Current Child Protection Qualification

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
