- **Available Positions**:_
- Kitchen Trainer (SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery & SIT40516 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management)_
- Diploma of Hospitality Trainer (SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management)_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions._
- _Assess students' competency following RTO standards._
- _Ensure compliance with training packages and regulatory requirements._
- _Maintain industry currency and engage with relevant industry stakeholders._
- _Support student learning through face-to-face and online methods._
- **Essential Criteria**:_
- ✔ Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent._
- ✔ Relevant qualifications and industry experience in commercial cookery and hospitality._
- ✔ Strong understanding of training packages and competency-based assessment._
- ✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills._
- ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- ✔ Flexibility to work across different training delivery modes._
- ✔ Current Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain)._
- **Desirable Criteria**:_
- Current industry experience and connections._
- Experience in developing training materials and assessments._
- Strong digital literacy and experience with LMS platforms._

- Pay Rate: $26.71 - $79.04 per hour_
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time_
- Schedule: Day shifts, flexible availability required_
- Work Location: In-person (Bankstown & Sydney City)_
