**Salary**: $35 - $50 per hour

**What We Are Looking For**:
Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We are looking for qualified Trainer and Assessor for First Aid and Childcare who will take classes from January 2025. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge First Aid and Childcare and a passion for mentoring and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials. Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Relevant First Aid qualifications (HLTAD011 or higher desirable but not essential)
- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and
- CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- TAE is preferred or willing to get one
- Atleast 1-2 years Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.
- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course if available.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class education.
- Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

- Trainer and Assessor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)
- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
