**About Excel College Australia**

Excel College Australia is a registered and CRICOS-approved **vocational education provider**, delivering nationally recognised qualifications to domestic and international students. We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified **Trainers & Assessors** across various training packages to join our growing team in Sydney.

**Available Training Package Qualifications**:

- SHB50216 - Diploma of Salon Management
- SHB30416 - Certificate III in Hairdressing
- BSB80615 - Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
- BSB42105 - Certificate IV in Leadership & Management
- SIT40516 - Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- SIT50422 - Diploma of Hospitality Management
- ICT60220 - Advanced Diploma of Information Technology
- BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership & Management

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Essential**:

- Relevant vocational qualification(s) equivalent to or higher than the qualification being delivered
- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or equivalent that meets current ASQA standards)
- Demonstrated current **industry experience** and **vocational competency**:

- Strong knowledge of the **Standards for RTOs 2015** and the **Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)**:

- Experience in **delivering and assessing nationally recognised training**:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to engage in **professional development** activities
- Valid **Working with Children Check** or ability to obtain one

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience in a **CRICOS-registered RTO environment**:

- Experience with online and blended delivery
- Participation in validation and moderation processes
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and compliance reporting

**Trainer Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging, compliant training and assessment
- Accurately assess student work and provide timely feedback
- Maintain documentation in line with **RTO and CRICOS compliance**:

- Participate in industry engagement, validation, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and support student progress with online portals such as AXcelerate and outlook.
- Maintain training resources and participate in audits when required
