You will be stepping into a pivotal role within our Business Development team, where you’ll play a key part in driving the growth and success of our Banking and Finance practice groups. - **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute business development initiatives across practice groups and clients
- Drive strategic projects and take ownership of agreed priorities
- Support the development and implementation of client and practice group plans
- Provide expert advice on tenders and credentials, ensuring best practice
- Research and communicate new business opportunities
- Manage events aligned with client engagement strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, practice groups, and clients- **What We’re Looking For**:

- Marketing degree or relevant business qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development within a transactional professional services environment (legal or financial services)
- Strong interest and experience in pitching and tender writing
- Self-starter with a proprietary mindset and innovative approach
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
