**The role**
We are seeking a high performing senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to take the next step into a **leadership position** managing the Melbourne business. As **Manager - Water Infrastructure**, this is an opportunity to take **ownership of the business and drive growth** areas within Water Infrastructure.
With a minimum of 10 years' industry experience, you will play a key role in:
- Identifying, winning and delivering water infrastructure projects
- Contributing to the growth of the team through targeted client relationship management and business development activity
- Managing the commercial performance of the team
- Effectively managing and leading the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development
- Providing input to projects at a project management and/or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of both timeliness and quality
**Suitable applicants will have/be**:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering
- 10+ years’ professional industry experience in Water Infrastructure
- Experience of delivering technical projects within a consultancy environment both in a Design and Project management capacity.
- The ability to prepare successful proposals with the correct scope and budget
- Expertise submitting technical reports to a high standard requiring mínimal correction; and provide final review of reports
