Disability Support Worker

We are looking for Female support worker who have strong communication skills, personal resilience and the ability to be creative and think outside the box as you support participants to fulfil their goals.
Participant Details: 50 Year old Male living in Epping his left leg is amputated and needs support with household tasks, medication and community access.
Timings: 09:30 AM to 4:00 PM and 07:00 PM to 10 :00 PM
Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but not essential. We will provide support and necessary training for people who have the personal qualities valued by the people we support.
Role Requirements
- Certificate III/ IV in Disability, Community Services or Mental Health, or Minimum of 1 year work experience as a support worker.
- Valid driver’s license (Must)
- Own comprehensively insured Car (Must)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working rights in Australia
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $35.00 - $68.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- On call
Supplemental pay types:
- Penalty rates
