Elevate support care is a growing team dedicated to providing NDIS services and ensuring all participants receive the quality care they deserve.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Accommodation Team Leader to join our team

This role is an ongoing permanent full time role.

This Team Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring and managing staff and Participants in their team.

As the team leader you will supervise and lead residential support workers in the delivery of a high-quality service to achieve positive client outcomes based on best practice principles. You will also perform the role as a Support Worker and also have strong administration skills.

The Team Leader has a set amount of administration time and rostered shifts. The role is required to liaise with Assistant Team Leaders (if in place), fellow staff members, managers, families, program providers, community groups, and other interested parties in relation to client related and service delivery issues and participate in the monitoring and evaluation of service performance and client outcomes.

**IMMEDIATE START- Full-time**

**Please note due to the complex needs of the resident we will only be accepting female applicants for this position.**

**We are looking for SIl Team Leader that have**:

- At least 2 years working as a Residential Support Worker
- Experience in leadership / supporting a team
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to support at team by mentoring staff
- Lead as an example to your team
- Coordination and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and empowering people with a disability
- Administrative skills

**Successful applicants will be required to have or willing to obtain prior to starting**:

- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (2 x doses plus booster)
- NDIS worker screening Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Working with children Check
- Current Driver’s license

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in the Disability, Residential Services and/or NDIS service delivery fields.
- Familiarity and understanding of restrictive practice guidelines.
- Experience in leading teams will be highly regarded.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Disability Support (or able to complete within the first 12 months of employment).

**Salary**: $60.00 - $70.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollert, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
