We are looking for Disability Support Workers in your area

Concept Care is a registered NDIS **in-home care provider,** specialised in providing exceptional care to clients across Sydney and its surrounds.

Concept Care are looking for experienced Support Workers on a casual, part-time and full-time basis. Applicants with broad and flexible availability are preferred. Experience with hoist or manual handling is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.

The Role

Our support workers assist our clients with all aspects of their daily life in a person-centred way. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations, cleaning and companionship
- Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping or community outings
- Personal Care; showering, toileting and overall personal hygiene maintenance

Experience with hoist or manual handling is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential as client transport is part of this role
- Have or be willing to obtain a valid First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children’s Check
- Have a Cert III in Disability, Aged Care or other equivalent or be willing to obtain
- Have excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feet and a compassionate personality
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
