**The Role**:
This is a Permanent Full Time position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Workplace Health and Safety Team.

You will be responsible for managing the internal RCH Early Intervention Program, Workcover claims and non work related injuries within your portfolio.

In addition there is a requirement to be involved with projects within the WHS space, under the Direction of Director, Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

- Involvement in broader WHS projects and activities that relate to staff wellbeing

Classification for this position will range from AO81 - AO85 (base salary $121,274.40 to $133,842.80 per annum, plus superannuation)

**Your skills and experience**:

- Previous experience managing injuries within a complex and fast moving environment
- Technical expertise in managing Victorian Workers Compensation claims
- 5+ years experience within an injury management role, ideally within an employer environment
