Who do we need on the team, and what will you be doing?
Till Payments (a nuvei company) is looking for a motivated Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our Technology - Infrastructure & Operations team.
**No two days in a high-growth scale-up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities**:
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE: You should have an extensive understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including its various modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Technical skills in Microsoft technologies and platforms is essential, including Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Office 365. You should understand how to leverage these technologies in conjunction with Dynamics 365 CE to create comprehensive solutions.
- Solution design and implementation: You should have a track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE. This includes gathering business requirements, creating solution designs, configuring the platform, and overseeing the implementation process.
- Business acumen: As a Solution Architect, you need to understand the business objectives, processes, and challenges of the organizations you work with.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading, to ensure smooth transition to Dynamics 365 environment.
- Communication and stakeholder management: Effective communication skills are crucial in conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and team collaboration: As an architect, you will often lead project teams, coordinating and collaborating with developers, consultants, and other stakeholders
**Who are you, and what experience will you bring?**
We’re looking for someone who can live and breathe Payment solutions, you’ll have a hunger to succeed, and a real passion for the FinTech industry.
We’re open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it’s important that you’ll have:
- 5+ years of experience as an D365/Azure engineer/architect in addition to a solid background in IT systems
- Microsoft Certifications in Cloud (D365/Azure, M365).
- Knowledge of, and ability to implement, common identity technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, AADC, Azure AD etc.) and principles
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development tools, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), JavaScript, and C#.
- Experience in many aspects of cloud computing (e.g. infrastructure, identity, storage, platforms and data, etc.)
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex business problems.
- Experience working in a team with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to interface with client and engagement teams at the appropriate level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on achieving project objectives.
