**The Role -**
The the Lead Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Specialist you will play THE pivotal role for all
**D365 CE** business/requirements, and you'll proactively engage with business stakeholders to find opportunities to leverage the D365 platform to add value to services and units across the entire business.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects
- Team player - organised, reliable and confident
- An ability to provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power platform to evaluate business processes and requirements against the standard functionality
- Experience producing functional specifications, user stories, design documents, etc..
- Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep experience with one or more of the functional modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (certification preferred)
