**Business Development Representative**

**Basic Salary $80k+ Super OTE $110-120k Uncapped**

Australian founded Financial Planning / ERP Consultancy with a leading position in their space. You’ll work with partners and marketing teams to nurture leads / relationships.

**The Role - Business Development Representative**

This is a pivotal role within the sales side of their business.
- Working with partners to identify sales opportunities
- Nurture relationships, build trust selling to CFOs, COOs, Business Owners
- Engaging with marketing to provide insightful campaigns
- Working with existing clients to create referral opportunities
- Engaging resources to support the sales process
- Low-Volume, high value daily outreach.
- Conducting needs analysis
- Have credible conversations with senior executives.
- This is a consultancy lead business; they don’t want pushy salespeople
- You’ll have some commercial experience potentially in finance or management consulting
- They are looking for people who can hold a credible business discussion.
- Calm, personable professionals who can build trust
- Salespeople from with the B2B space will be considered
- You need to be trustworthy, collaborative and driven by client outcomes.
- Can be remote or Sydney based for office.
