**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced eDiscovery professional at the Executive level to join our Digital Legal Delivery Team in either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.

We value strong organisational and prioritisation skills, as you will need to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and effective communication will be key to your success in this role.

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Graduate level or higher qualification with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industry.
- Expertise in Case Management Software such as Relativity, Ringtail/Discover, Recommind Axcelerate, or similar.
- Experience working within a similar team at the required level.
- Proficiency in eDiscovery technical and/or project coordination skills.
- Excellent understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery, existing protocols, practices and relevant legal standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in document management/reviews and/or case work at required level.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Applications with advanced capabilities in running Access db queries and/or Excel functions for data manipulations.
- Understanding of the eDiscovery workflow and processors.
- Understanding on current Australian court/regulatory requirements around discovery and productions.
- Strong problem solving skills, with a proactive approach to dealing with multiple projects to very strict deadlines. Able to manage and resolve problems effectively, dealing confidently and concisely with internal stakeholders. Willing to discuss problems in a candid, timely and positive solution-oriented way.
