**The Role**

Located at our Derrimut Distribution Centre, we are looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to support our IT systems across our national retail store network.

You will be joining a team of 4 IT Helpdesk team members, reporting to the Helpdesk Lead. Our work involves working alongside multiple IT departments ranging from Applications Support, Infrastructure and Finance.

Your day-to-day work will be liaising with IT, Support and Retail team to ensure the efficient running of our Retail stores. This is a full-time role with occasional after hours/weekend support where required.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Be a first point of contact for our stores
- Hardware and software diagnosis and providing escalation to Level 2 team members when required
- Setup and configuration of desktop, notebook, and peripherals
- Participate in our rotating after hours on-call roster
- Time management and accountability.

**About You**

To be considered, you will demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

- Prior experience in an IT/Helpdesk environment (3 years)
- Retail POS systems support is essential
- Windows OS knowledge a must
- Experience with Apple macOS is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication
