**THE ROLE**
- Some of the key responsibilities include: _
- Liaise with key stakeholders like field service centres to enhance the platform's efficiency.
- Analyse data and provide insights & recommendations to optimise business operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and upkeep dashboards to visualise the infrastructure and cloud resource landscapes.
- Design and troubleshoot computer systems, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team.
- Generate system guidelines and manuals for the organisation and conduct regular training workshops/sessions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally, you should have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or management or proven experience in system support or delivery.
- Programming & database knowledge in Java, SQL or Python is an advantage but optional.
