Due to continuing growth, we are currently seeking Full time, Part-time and Casual garden maintenance crew members to join our team

Nicolas John Horticulture has been involved in the establishment and enhancement of many of Melbourne's finest gardens since 2008. We are a dynamic company with fresh ideas to change the standards in maintenance excellence.

Specialising in the maintenance and soft landscaping of premium gardens and commercial properties throughout Melbourne. We pioneer biological-based programs that work with nature to increase plant health, all while ensuring we are taking care of our staff, our clients and our community.

Based in southeastern suburbs and servicing commercial/domestic contracts throughout the Melbourne metro area, as a Crew member you will report to the group manager. You will be responsible for carrying out routine garden maintenance including mowing, brush-cutting, pressure blowing and weeding.
- Strong understanding of OHS requirements, procedures & practices.
- Team player with ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrate ability to use initiative and foresight.
- Strong communication & problem solving skills.
- Commitment to an excellent work standard and eye for detail.
- Reliable, honest and conscientious.
- Studying or completing a horticulture based course is desirable.

The successful applicant will require basic plant knowledge and experience in irrigation control systems, horticultural practices and machinery use.

Drivers License is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
