Hays has partnered with a well-established commercial gardening and grounds maintenance company with depots across Melbourne's North-West, South-East, and surrounding suburbs. They are committed to creating and maintaining vibrant outdoor environments, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for a range of roles including:
  • Qualified Gardeners
  • Experienced Mowing Crew Team Members
  • Ground Labourers

Your new role

These roles are ideal for those who enjoy physical outdoor work, take pride in maintaining green spaces, and want to be part of a supportive and growing team.

Duties May Include:

  • Mowing and edging lawns in public and private spaces

  • Garden bed maintenance, including weeding, pruning and planting

  • Operating powered equipment such as mowers, blowers and whipper snippers

  • General ground cleanup and debris removal

  • Assisting with landscaping projects and seasonal tasks

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is highly regarded.

  • Basic knowledge of horticulture or mowing equipment is beneficial.

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

  • Relevant tickets (e.g. White Card, Chainsaw, Chemical Handling) are a bonus.
