**Studio22** is a well-established Digital Marketing Agency located in Leederville. They consist of a close knit team of 9 who enjoy office banter and social outings, while each and every one of us remains fully committed to achieving results for our clients and continuing to expand our business.

The business is focused on four key Digital Marketing services - SEO, SEM, Social Media & Website Development.

**About You**:
You will describe yourself as a confident and experienced BDM who has a knack for building rapport quickly with all walks of life. You are a great listener, a strong team player and someone who thrives in teams where everyone pitches in together to achieve company goals.

You understand and appreciate that the work you do can be challenging at times, so maintaining a positive and persistent attitude is one of your great traits. Boucing back from adversity and getting in front of clients for meetings is your super power

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth, your main objective will be to identify and act on new business opportunities to grow the buisness. In turn, you will be rewarded with progression within your role - as we grow, you grow

**Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, your main duties will include**:

- Identify new business opportunities (Lead Generation).
- Liaise with prospective clients (Discovery Meetings, Proposal Meetings).
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients and professional networks.
- Hit monthly Business Development targets.

**To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have**:

- At least 1-2 years of Business Development / Sales experience - you will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Understanding of digital marketing services - including SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing
- A current Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
- Strong Computer literacy - including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (experience with Adobe Photoshop would be a plus)
- An innovative apporach with your lead generation - we’d love to hear your ideas
- A collaborative approach to your work to execute an effective Business Development Strategy.
