**The Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:
- Provide high quality service to customers by responding to and managing complex customer inquiries
- Deliver solutions uniquely designed for each of our customers
- Provide accurate and appropriate information relating to products and services to assist in meeting customer immediate and complex needs
- Handle after-sales packages and warehouse shipments, etc.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Management, day to day
- Office based role at Sydney Office
- A minimum of 1 years experience within customer service, preferably within experience in e-commerce OR sales
- An energetic team player, customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service with the ability to deal with sensitive and complex customer inquiries
- Strong written, reading and verbal communication skills in **Korean**, allowing you to connect and develop rapport with customers and colleagues
**Language: Native Korean and Mandarin Speaking is a bonus.**
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $28.34 per hour
