**About the role**
The Business Coordinator undertakes a range of work and project support services to support the seamless operations of the Economics and Analysis Branch within Investment NSW.
Working with and reporting to the Executive Director, Economics and Analysis you will:
- Assist with diary and scheduling management for the Executive Director, including records management, travel arrangements, correspondence and coordinating meetings within the Division.
- Monitor and address complex matters and issues, to ensure they are met in a timely and effective manner to deliver resolutions of issues.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to comply with Agency policies and procedures and support functions that meet with Division business needs.
- Maintain and build working relationships and effective communication with key stakeholders across the Department and other Agencies to ensure effective communication.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing business coordination and administrative services to support a busy team.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Office software suite, including PowerPoint, would be considered an asset.
- Proficient in calendar management tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
- Attention to detail in managing records, schedules, and documentation
- Knowledge of business software, including document management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Analytical skills to assess and optimize administrative workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of public sector governance and policy compliance.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($106,025- $117,363) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
