**About the role**
With the transition of Quality document from to the WAMA Business Management System to the Anzac SPO BMS this is a key and busy opportunity.
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for transitioning WAMA BMS documentation to the CASG Format and maintaining documents as required / requested by WAMA Business Units to accommodate content updates and to action document reviews in conformance with the WAMA and Anzac SPO Document Review Schedule.
**What you will bring**
- Demonstrated experience in the documentation and reporting requirements in a direct Customer / Supplier relationship environment;
- Knowledge/experience in the maintenance, development, improvement and tracking of a Business / Quality Management System;
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the development, maintenance and management of the Anzac SPO and WAMA Business and Quality Assurance Performance Reporting.
- Experience in Quality Management System requirements with working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard (Highly Desirable);
- Experience in ISO 9001 Internal Auditing (Highly Desirable);
- Experience in Lead (supplier) Auditing or Integrated Systems compliance auditing;
- Experience in Root Cause/Gap Analysis; and
- Experience working in the Defence Sector (Highly Desirable).
You will bring a proven ability to collate, analyse and present data and work comfortably across a multi-disciplined environment. Your superior communication skills with all internal and external stakeholders is key to your success.
**About you**
- Certification in understanding the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Requirements or working towards (Highly Desirable).
- Certification in Internal Auditing (Highly Desirable).
- Lead/Integrated Auditing or working towards (Desirable).
- Certification in Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis (Desirable) or Attained as part of the first years Performance Development Plan.
- Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
- Must successfully complete Babcock fitness for work / medical assessment to conduct work activities on a construction site.
- Must either hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance at the following level: AGSVA Negative Vetting - NV1.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
