Quality Inspector

**Enduraclad International** is an Australian based privately owned company with an ISO 9001 Certified workshop facility located in Western Australia, along with a large fabrication workshop in Queensland.

**ECI **is an independent ‘one stop shop’ provider of wear solutions with an emphasis on Wear resistant products. To support their workshop facilities **ECI** employ a direct supply chain with National and International coverage.

We are currently looking for a **Quality Inspector** to strengthen our team of dedicated and driven professionals.Reporting into our Operations Manager, as **Quality Inspector** you are responsible for all quality activities relating to fabrication, processing and welding of steel work.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all projects in full and on time in line with client requirements and driving quality, safety and a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:Managing the QA & QC Process
Develop and implement quality gates at each assembly process
Ensure Non-Conformance Activities are addressed and recorded
Work to implement a Continuous Improvement Culture in Conjunction with the Operations Manager
Conduct Root Cause Analysis Reports in Conjunction with the Operations Manager
Identify Quality defect trends in conjunction with the Operations Manager
Documenting internal quality assurance activities.
Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
- in conjunction with the Operations Manager
Recording, developing, recommending, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
Managing the rework registers.
Preparing reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Assuring compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. - ISO 9001
Working closely with Programming & Drafting to manage quality throughout the design process.
Working closely with the Senior Managers & Supervisors to manage quality throughout the production process.

**Skills & Experience**:Minimum 2 years’ quality experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt Highly Regarded)
Tertiary Qualifications (Highly Regarded)
heavy & Light Fabrication Experience (highly regarded)
Certified welding inspector (AWS/CSWIP or similar) and/ or:
Strong commitment to quality principles
Experience in ISO 9001 systems
Highly articulate with excellent attention to detail
A high level of organizational and time management skills
Advance Computer skills using Microsoft Office software
Experience in LEAN and Agile Manufacturing Principles is Advantageous
Good Understanding of TQM and QMS.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
