Established in the winter of 2017, Park Street Pasta & Wine is a neighborhood restaurant located in South Melbourne that pays homage to the italian traditions of 'fatto a mano,' or 'pasta made by hand.' Our menu features seasonal dishes inspired by the whole of Italy, complimented by a carefully curated wine list featuring a wide array of interesting italian varietals, as well as a few local gems.

We're an organisation that has a progressive view towards work place culture and we pride ourselves on our continous commitment to being a people focused organisation. We are dedicated to staff training and development, work life balance, remuneration according to the Hospitality Industry Award, and many other perks and bonuses such as delicious staff meals, great tips and the occasional staff party.

We are on the search for a dedicated and career focused hospitality all-rounder, who is keen to bring their ideas to all facets of the venue.

Comprehensive wine and food knowledge is essential, although more importantly, your ability to contribute to a positive team culture and provide the best in guest comfort is the main priority.
