**The opportunity**:
Employsure is Australia's leading specialist in workplace relations With over 30,000 clients, we are changing the way businesses look at their workplace relations and seek advice.

You will be joining the Workforce Planning team by providing high level admin support to manage the workflow for our Employment Relations Advisers across Australia.

You will be responsible for monitoring, categorising and allocating tasks and resources for our services team to optimise efficiency. You will also be responsible for seeking and rostering volunteers for planned events as required. You will further collaborate with managers across the advice team and therefore communication and stakeholder management is vital.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, organised person who enjoys a fast-paced role with lots of variety. This is your opportunity to gain exposure to the background work of the Services team

**Key accountabilities**:

- Accurately categorise and allocate tasks to the Service team
- Intraday and future task optimisation to allow productivity and Super Service to be maintained and exceeded
- Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor performance and promptly communicate schedule changes as required
- Manage administration tasks and clerical duties to enhance workflow

**The right person will have**:

- Strong administrative background
- Basic excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
