ALG is currently recruiting for a fantastic contract working as a **Workforce Planner** with our client based at the Mascot Airport. This is an ongoing casual contract offering full time hours Monday to Friday, and the potential for permanency should you excel in the role.

Duties include:

- Liaison with management, engineering leadership and staff from other ports
- Direct staff admin entry into the payroll system via Oracle
- Roster/excel direct update.
- Attending project and team meetings/taking minutes
- While staff parking is available, considering the work hours, train transportation is often utilized by administrative staff.

To be considered, you will require one of the following:

- Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and good communication skills and
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to undergo a background security check (ASIC)
- Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol)
- Determinate or resilience in maintaining their position or stance.
- MS suite with an excellent grounding in excel/cell update/pivot
