Your role acts as the organisation champion of the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing/Customer Insights - Journeys platform and actively seeks ways to optimise performance to achieve KPIs and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the planning (how to create the journey) and development of customer journeys, including employer acquisition, engagement and retention programs
- Monitor and evaluate eDM campaigns
- Maintain the eDM calendar in consultation with the Client Engagement, Marketing and Digital Performance teams and coordinate and communicate changes
- Check the integrity of the marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Provide user support in (Microsoft Dynamics) by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on the use of system functionality and updating process documentation

**You will bring**:

- Expert proficiency with a marketing automation platform - preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or Adobe Campaign
- High level of attention to detail
- High level organisation skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible team-based environment
- Thorough understanding of business processes, particularly sales & marketing processes
