**About the team**

The Team you are joining is a high functioning and performing team amongst a leading NSW Government agency. A team of like-minded individuals who thrive to deliver outstanding work to help residents of NSW.

**About the Role**
- Provide a range of administrative support services
- Records management & routine correspondence
- Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services
- Update and maintain records and databases
- Coordination of meetings, including minutes/actions and follow-up as required
- Coordination of urgent requests for information, briefings or advice
- Management of a mailbox for dissemination and request of data/information from other internal Stakeholders

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Private or Public Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
