Collaborate with retail leaders and HRBP teams to create memorable, commercial and engaging learning content to deliver commercial outcomes and meaningful employee experiences.

The role

Reporting into the Head of People Experience, you play a leading role in the development & delivery of various learning and engagement initiative in line with Country Road Group’s culture aspiration, growth ambition and people experience roadmap. This newly created role will see you partner with a diverse mix of stakeholders to create an engaging learning content as required for projects to support the delivery of commercial business objectives and drive our learning strategy with focus on the on-boarding experience and retail excellence programs.

Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit an experienced, creative and commercially astute learning design specialist who is passionate about the experience people have in the workplace.

Key responsibilities include
- Lead the learning experience design process, developing fit for purpose solutions
- Use contemporary design methodologies to develop high quality learning solutions and resources, that improve performance, build leadership and technical capability
- Bring learning content to life through development of engaging and creative experiences
- Create a contemporary learning delivery approach suitable for multi-channel delivery
- Collaborate with diverse groups to design/develop effective on-boarding solutions that engage new hires early
- Bring innovation and experimentation to capability solutions and contribute ideas to evolve the learning culture
- Dedicated experience developing learning, training and/or capability development content
- Ability to think creatively around learning with a multi-channel delivery approach
- An ability to influence via strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- Has proven experience designing multifaceted learning programs with a PX focus
- Ability to navigate complexity and deliver at pace with the agility to iterate continuously
- Agile mindset with adaptable communication skills
- Degree qualification within learning, training and/or design with a passion for the fasted paced consumer environments are highly regarded
