**The opportunity**:
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated and driven leader who wants to lead this small close knit team to change the way our industry perceives “good service” by delivering over and above today’s status quo.

With the full support of management and a huge level of autonomy, you’ll be able to design the business to suit your current and potential customers in an agile manner allowing for endless opportunities for growth.

This is not your average “Branch Manager” role, you are much more than the person with a key, this is actually your business, and you’ll answer only to the General Manager.

An average day in this role is much different to most equivalent positions. Our business managers spend most of their time coaching staff and engaging with customers for continuous improvement of our offer to the market.

You choose the path you and your team take toward success. There is very little reporting requirements, we’d rather you spend your time externally focused, on the customer, than reporting inwardly to anyone else.

Success is entirely up to you, from designing the way you pitch our products and your unique sales proposition, through to the way your staff are trained and understand the products, your destiny is in your hands.

The salary package includes a fully maintained company car (or car allowance), phone and laptop. You will benefit directly from your success through an attractive profit share scheme.

**A bit about you**:

- Experience in the wholesale industry
- A passion for building relationships and business development
- A strong understanding of a P&L
- Vision, drive and the ability to think outside the square.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A hands-on approach / a willingness to lead from the front or the back of your team.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- A current driver’s licence.
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
