You will be customer focussed and provide high-level consultative service, as well as ensuring the adherence to all company operations. You will be confident in managing a team of sales experts and be passionate about investing in their career development.

**The Role**:

- Managing a team of up to 20 staff
- Achieving sales and KPI targets
- Conducting performance reviews and developing your teams individual skillset
- Manage high stock operation and ensure store visual standards are adhered to
- Salary package of **$65,000 + Bonus + Product discount**:

**About You**
- Experienced Manager
- High volume experienced preferred
- Ability to exceed targets and KPIs
- Inspiring leadership skills and ability to develop your team
- Capable of managing stock operation and feedback on product
- Commercially minded
- Experience in executing company visual merchandising standards
- Articulate and strong communicator with ability to maintain client relationships
- Passion for styling and a genuine interest in premium fashion
