The L&D manager is a complete end to end generalist position covering everything from creating, designing, developing and facilitating content. You would be the face of L&D and be owning the whole function with support from the small close-knit HR team of 3.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and implement new training programs to support requirements from the organisation to deliver innovative and contemporary materials
- Maintain and manage appropriate training records to ensure compliance with state and national requirements
- Partnering with front-line workers to navigate and support their training needs
- Source content and upload to the LMS

**THE CRITERIA**

To be successful in this role you must have sound experience within the L&D function. We are seeking someone ambitious who is ready for their next challenge and can bring a can-do positive attitude to the role. As you will independently be the face of the L&D function, you must be able to build rapport and work with various key stakeholders. Exposure to transferring content into SCORM files and uploading to the LMS is high desired. Previous exposure within and L&D role in healthcare is highly advantageous.
