**Your new company**

An exciting contract opportunity within the Victorian State Government for a Business Analyst to contribute to a major new Education and Early Learning initiative. The analyst will deliver business system outcomes by using advanced facilitation skills, encouraging collaboration, innovation and a strong focus on process and system adaptation and end-user experience.

**Your new role**

The Microsoft Functional Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between the experience designers' output and the architect's technical and business designs to support the delivery of Microsoft solutions. In the context of the Enterprise Platform strategy, they will provide specific knowledge of platform capabilities and functions that are out of the box from Microsoft. To undertake this role, they will need to develop, manage and refine a series of processes, templates and frameworks that support the teams understanding and capability.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3+ years as a Functional Analyst for a mid to large sized organisation
- Minimum 2+ years of technical working experience with the Microsoft platform
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment
- Demonstrable experience in leading, refining and delivering analysis and solution work on high profile ICT projects which have a particular emphasis on complex business process, workflow, data flow and business logic.
- Demonstrable experience in selecting, adopting and adapting appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques including the integration of specific Microsoft knowledge such as pre-configured modules.
