**Casual | $32.00 - $43.00 per hour (SCHADS Award) | Immediate Start**

Are you a compassionate, active, and reliable support worker looking to make a meaningful difference? Enabling Hands Support Services is **urgently seeking female disability support workers** to join our growing and supportive team. We have immediate openings across **both the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Northside**, and we welcome applicants who are open to working across both regions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualised support to participants with **mental health conditions** and complex needs
- Encourage and participate in **outdoor activities and healthy routines**:

- Deliver **person-centred, empathetic care** based on each individual’s needs
- Support participants in achieving their **NDIS goals**:

- Assist with **overnight (active & sleepover) shifts**, including personal care, repositioning, and morning routines
- Maintain accurate **progress notes** and incident reports

**Requirements**:

- **Must be female** (participant preference)
- **Experience** in disability or mental health support (minimum 6 months preferred)
- A **passion for empowering others**:

- Comfortable with **day shifts, sleepovers, and flexible hours**:

- **Excellent communication and documentation** skills
- **Reliable transport** and willingness to **travel between Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Northside**:

- **Required certifications**:

- First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Certificate
- Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Own vehicle
