**Support Worker - Youth, Disability, Aged - Sunshine Coast**

National Networks Plus (NNP) is the only Not For Profit staffing agency operating in Australia. From it's humble beginnings supporting the Health and Community sector in Sydney, we have expanded to deliver workforce services across Australia that support the sustainability and quality service delivery for our workforce partners.

Currently we are building our workforce pools across the **Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa** so we can provide support to our ever growing client base in the region. **Duties include**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
- Follow established care plans.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
- Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.

**Requirements**:

- Cert 3 for Disability & Aged or Cert IV for Youth positions in a relevant field - working toward considered
- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
- 2 professional references
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Paid Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers License (required if providing community access support, driving facility vehicles)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain - required if using own vehicle for work purposes

**Driver's license is Required.
