**About the Role**

As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you'll partner with NDIS participants to create and implement personalised support plans that reflect their goals and aspirations. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, you'll ensure their evolving needs are met with compassion and respect. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you'll deliver seamless, high-quality, person-centred support. Serving as the trusted first point of contact, you'll address inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage service requests with confidence and care.

**About you**

You bring a strong background in client-centred care, with experience in roles such as NDIS Client Coordinator or Support Coordinator. Your expertise includes developing and reviewing care plans to achieve client goals, implementing Behaviour Support Plans, and navigating the NDIS framework and community services funding models. You manage a diverse client portfolio with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.
