**About the Role**:
This pivotal role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our People and Culture leadership team, overseeing efficient and effective HR processes and projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, manage schedules, and organise and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and notes.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and performance metrics to the People and Culture leadership team, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Manage the Service Awards program, including the review of awards and preparation and distribution of certificates, pins, and gifts.
- Support the management of the employee CARES awards program, including the coordination of nominations, announcement of winners, and management of the annual event.
- Assist in implementing people and culture initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organisational development activities.
**Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- HR Certificate or Undergraduate with experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience of corporate administration, executive assistant, or support coordinator.
- Experience in a project coordination or HR function.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
