An opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join a specialist practice in Blacktown.

This private practice has a strong team-based environment and commitment to quality care. They have a very friendly team, and want to see the new member develop, grow, and excel personally and professionally. This position involves providing front desk reception services to patients and reporting to the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

**Your new role**

As a Medical Receptionist, your day-to-day tasks will include appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and utilising medical terminology. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to all patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. You will have proven experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties & Medical Software experience is a must-have.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 1 year medical administration experience.
- Computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well presented, friendly and efficient
- High level of attention to detail
- Possess polite telephone manner

**What you'll get in return**

RDO once a fortnight

Full time permanent position

Great team culture and work environment & work between 8:00 - 5:00
