**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage the surgeon's schedule, coordinate appointments, and handle any scheduling changes with precision.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Handle patient inquiries, maintain accurate records, and manage medical documentation with the utmost confidentiality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with medical staff, nurses, and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- **Insurance Coordination**: Verify insurance information, process billing, and provide support to patients in understanding insurance coverage and billing procedures.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Utilise electronic medical records and other office software to streamline administrative processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist, preferably in an orthopaedic or surgical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and Gentu experience advantageous
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes.
