**Position Title**: Field Placement Coordinator

**Job Type**: Contractual (with possibility to move towards part-time permanent)
**Location**: Canberra, ACT
**Salary**: $50-$70 per hour

**Position Overview**

We are looking for Field Placement Coordinator to manage the coordination of vocational placement activities for students enrolled in programs. You will be responsible for preparing students for workplace learning, aligning placements with learning outcomes, and ensuring compliance across all operational aspects. The coordinator serves as a key responsibility between students, educational providers, and host organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage student work placements align with CWA guidelines.
- Provide students with support before, during, and after placements.
- Monitor placement progress, resolve issues, and facilitate reflective practice.
- Ensure students meet learning outcomes as defined in academic and accreditation frameworks.
- Maintain relationships with placement providers, academic staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of placements, student progress, and feedback.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in field education, coordination, or community services.
- Strong understanding of the CWA requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing administrative records and placement systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle professionally with industry partners and students.
- High-level organisational skills and attention to detail for documentation and record keeping.
