Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with this agile and progressive tertiary education provider based the Canberra CBD, who offer professional courses that are all designed to positively empower the lives of others.

**The Role**

Working closely with a broad range of dynamic industry partners, this role will see you provide really meaningful support to students as you coordinate placements for them and guide them through the entire placement program. Commencing immediately for a period of 6 months, this rewarding role has potential to go permanent.

**The Duties**
- Extensive networking and creating meaningful relationships with a range of relevant industry partners to arrange placements for students
- Working closely with students to understand optimal placement opportunities that align with their study and career goals
- Coordinating the commencement of placements and providing advice and support to students throughout the placement program
- Completing placement reviews half-way through and at the end of the placement

To thrive in this role, you will be a real people person with excellent communication and networking skills, who can hit the ground running in this vital student-centric role. You will be detail-driven and solutions-focused, with strong administration skills and the ability to build rapport with both students and industry partners. You will also be highly organised, dedicated and resourceful as you navigate relevant industry placement opportunities in the market. A background in HR, recruitment and/or a student services role will be highly regarded, but not essential.
