**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate Recreational Activities Officer to energise our residents by engaging them in a variety of social, recreational, and cultural activities. You'll also lead mental health and wellness programs designed to uphold our residents' sense of autonomy and enrich their lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and facilitate enriching activities that address the social and recreational needs of our residents, while promoting independence and improving their quality of life.
- Continuously assess the impact and effectiveness of activities, adjusting programs accordingly to better suit our residents' needs.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Prior experience in an aged or community care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
