**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to and supported by the Recruitment Operations Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator provides a central role in the coordination of National recruitment activities.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the business whilst supporting the People & Culture (P&C) recruitment operations team and function, this position will ensure the provision of an effective and streamlined end-to-end recruitment process.

**Skills & Experience**

The successful person will possess:

- A Self-motivated and resourceful approach, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures
- Work without supervision and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Experience gained within a HR/recruitment environment
- Demonstrated high levels of customer service
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
