As a Credit Officer you will be responsible for providing excellent service to major accounts whilst monitoring and responding to internal and external customers.

**Your duties**:

- Responsible for Major Accounts
- Monitoring/responding to daily internal/external customer inquiries
- Processing payments and refunds accurately
- Prepare consolidated invoices
- Suspense accounts reconciliation
- Provide customer statements for Major Accounts via excel

**About you**:

- Attention to detail
- Excel experience
- Motivated and organised individual
- Great Customer Service skills to maintain customer loyalty and retention
