**Overview**:
Foundry has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, seasoned Credit Controller in our Sydney office. The role reports directly into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with the Finance and Sales teams across Foundry APAC.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to be able to work effectively within a team.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for managing Credit Control at Foundry as well as, but not limited to:

- Liaising with internal and external customers and addressing queries.
- Weekly detailed aged debtor report presented to the CFO.
- Assisting and working with Foundry teams across APAC.
- Monthly and ad hoc reports as required.
- Responsible for setting up all new customer accounts across CRM and ERP.
- Building and maintaining customer credit limits across CRM and ERP.
- Building good working relationships.
- Ensuring accurate processing and timely chasing of debt.
- Liaising with customers and solving issues as they arise.
- Sending regular customer statements and follow ups with customers.
- Ensuring over 90 days debt remains below 10%.
- Daily Bank reconciliations, receipting, allocating and reconciling payments to customer accounts.
- Assisting Finance Manager and Senior Accountant in month-end tasks as and when required.
- Ensure all KPI targets are met.

- 5 years credit control business experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette

- Excellent ERP and CRM exposure
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Ability to resolve disputes within company guidelines
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of motivation
