**About the role**

This position allows for a mix of on-site and remote (from home) work. We’re located in South-Western Sydney. If that’s you too, then this is a great opportunity forgo the exhausting commute to the CBD and enjoy a better work/life balance.

**About you**
- **Communicator**: responding to the business will be most of your day, so you will need to enjoy interacting with other employees.
- **Meticulous**: Someone with an eye for detail who can catch the smallest mistakes before they become bigger problems.
- **Empathetic**: Can appreciate a problem from our end user’s perspective.
- **Service-oriented**: Intrinsically motivated to help.
- **Results-oriented**: Keep pushing a project forward until the job is done.

You’ll stand out if you:

- Have previous experience testing software.
- Have previous experience supporting users.
- Have previous experience with company ERP or accounting software.
